A full breeding registration such as you speak of is usually provided by the dog’s breeder (if she so-chooses). You need to contact your girl’s breeder first, and ask for her help getting her registered. If that is impossible, then maybe if you have your girl’s pedigree showing that both of her parents are registered, there may be some backup process you can pursue. But I’m just speculating about that, and I don’t know how it would work. Registering dogs is primarily the prerogative of the breeder.
